Data and Fairness Controls

Consent, lawful purpose, accuracy, correction, privacy, security, retention, explainability, required notices, fair lending, complaints, audit, and geographic controls must precede use.

No PFST Entitlement

Owning PFST does not create approval, pricing, limits, terms, lower borrowing costs, yield, interest, returns, appreciation, lending profits, or revenue sharing.

Transparent and Correctable

Certified clients receive the score date, measurement window, data coverage, dimension scores, and principal factors. Clients can request source records and dispute duplicate, stale, incomplete, or misattributed data. Overrides require documented approval, an expiration date, and an audit trail.

PFST Relationship: Not Determined

Token ownership, Token balance, Token purchases, Holding period, Transfers, Wallet activity, Market price are not PFS inputs. Any relationship between PFS and PFST requires a separate approved program.

PFS is not a public credit rating, consumer report, financing approval, or substitute for provider underwriting. Network programs retain their own rules. The score does not guarantee clients, volume, rates, fee reductions, financing, approvals, or rewards.
